Objectives   :  ¡P To review recent advances in quantum mechanics, especially its applications in information technology, materials science, chemistry, bioscience and life science

Date

December 13, 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Registration venue is at Room G25, G/F., Science Centre North Block, The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). After arrival in Hong Kong, participants may come to the CUHK to register. Coaches will be arranged to take the participants to the hotels to check in around 6:00 pm.

Conference  :

Fee

HKD600 per person (fee includes breakfasts, lunches, tea breaks, banquet, souvenir and local transportation). Students and retired teachers can send email to pyho@phy.cuhk.edu.hk to apply for exemption.

Sponsorship :

HKD800 per person for mainland participants (HKD200 will be given to mainland participants after the deduction of conference fee.)

Banquet       :

December 15 evening; fee is HKD300 per person. (Fee for mainland participants is already included in conference fee.)

 Housing       :   Reservation, amendment or cancellation deadline: November 5.

Remarks     :

1.  Due to full booking of rooms in NTT International House on the night of December 13, some participants will be arranged to stay in Regal Riverside Hotel on that night and share the room with another participant. 2.  2005 Annual Meeting of National University and College Association of Quantum Mechanics will be held during the Conference.
